However, Kraegor has been rather quiet. Plus there's that whole Newcastle vote poke thing Newcastle tried back on day 1 or 2 (I can't remember which).
Are you aware of the fallacies in both your logical conclusions?
a) quiet : I've been more active in this game than I was in the last 3 I played. Because of the innate "wow the fallen are screwed" lack of discussion this game has had, I have thrown out stuff to help get a discussion going. More recently, from Fri - Sun, please show me a vigorous discussion that went beyond "ho hum"? There was nothing to comment on.
b) a fallen tries to make me look guilty. this fallen even went so far as to assure everyone of my innocence because that vote was his way of "being the seer". so yeah that's gotta make me guilty....

Remus, I'd like to hear you confirm that you weren't chosen this day before we proceed.
FWiW I didn't mean to come across as any sour grapes. This game at the end is lacking any real tension and I really don't mind being lynched to move it forward. We'll win regardless. Scan me, kill me, ignore me and we'll still have plenty of time to catch a predator. Here's a smilie for you so you know I'm not being grumpy.

I was teasing...I put a on it.
I was thinking of emo Austin from the Vamp game, where voting for yourself was a tactic you were willing to try, but didn't have to. I just have warning bells going off about some of your recent behavior.
Remus hasn't been on today.
I'll vote before going home if he doesn't check in before then.

Sorry I wasn't around later, just caught up on the thread. I am not the scanner.
I would prefer to lynch Austin but if pr0ner already sent in a PM scanning him that would be a waste. So I suppose lynch Kraegor[/b. Its not that I think you are guilty, its just silly to kill the guy about to be scanned. On second thought, since it has to be Kraegor or Austin, the scan doesn't mean anything. Lynch Austin[/b.
Part of my reasoning is this: If you were picking your beserkers would you pick Kraegor, who has been low flying all the last few games or Austin who has been the center of suspicion but pulled it out as a bad guy the last few? Keep in mind that the final Beserker is their only way of killing the light Archon. I'm going to go back and look at what Kelric did the first few days before finalizing my vote.

I'll vote with pr0ner.
Kraegor
lol. well as the "chosen" perhaps one shouldn't send in a scan until some consensus is approached on a lynch. Forcing everyone to "lynch someone else" is just a tad inconsiderate. Virtue of a dice roll should not give one, all out "vote this way" authority, as it were.
Final thought. The first Fallen game Kelric was the main guy also. That game he sort of went with a theme - loud obvious players. He chose Crux, Noxiousdog, and myself. Newcastle is a mostly under the radar but quality player as is Kraegor. I still want Austin lynched but I will follow pr0ner's lead on this one because of Kelric's history.

They discussed and poked and prodded and came to a decision... Kraegor must be put to the test... "Sure, I'm the last fallen." Kraegor stated for the record. A gasp from the crowd as they surged forward to make him pay for his crimes was quick to change into a mad howl for vengeance... here at last was the end of the Darkness! As his corpse lay cooling in the streets they began to congratulate each other... until they counted the remaining Host and realized Kraegor had not taken anyone with him as the Legend would have it. It was at this point the Celestial Scribe came forth with the definition of "sarcastic". Kraegor had fooled them all with his cunning ruse and amazing prowess in the use of Sarcasm. He was not, in fact Fallen, but a Celestial Master of the Fabled Sarcasm.

On my Genghis scan, I ALMOST picked Austin. Chaos can verify that I was debating it back and forth. I went with Genghis since that's what I'd said publicly.

I know this won't be well received which is why I've been quiet but I don't know what's going on. Were I a bad guy, now would be the time to gloat about slipping past for as long as possible; I really thought we had Kraegor though. Anyway, no point in defending myself right now.
The Darkness faded and Light returned... the Host gathered, apprehensive. The pile of bodies contained... KRAEGOR, which someone pointed out was not surprising as they had Sacrificed him the day before. Counting the dead, then counting the living, they then recounted the whole mess again. It seemed that nobody was missing, yet nobody had been killed in the Dark hours.

Eh?
nobody was missing: dead + alive = 13
nobody had been killed in the dark: same number of living and dead prior to nightfall
