In the casios they use the unfortunate phrase "Extra chip goes to the seat closest to the dealer," but what they really mean is that it goes to the person with the worst position (i.e., if there's an extra chip to be handed out, it'll *NEVER* go to the dealer, although in my estimate that's the person seated closest to the dealer...).
