Austin, I need your cash amount to start your balance.

Trikane, is that $9 before or after the $6 I gave you?
Before, so my total would be $15

You can jump in whenever you want. Sorry, I kinda gave away all your Clue tokens so that Remus can close this Gate at the Uninvited Isle.

That's cool. We're a cooperative game, not a competitive one. I didn't even know I had 4 clue tokens, nor how I got them. I also assume the 4th was one picked up from the map under me?

Remus, I think I have $1 not $11.

Note about Duke from the card. I can discard him to regaing all of my Sanity, correct?

Can someone point me to the skills section, so I can figure out what they are and how to use the "sliders" :) Thanx.

LordMortis, Spacelord stopped and got a bank loan for you. Thats where the other $10 came from.

Rules are here. Check out page 6, it talks about the sliders.

And check the last page, Mortis. Ashcan received a 10$ bank loan. Each turn, you have a 50% chance to need to pay back 1$. I will announce it in the thread.

Ashcan starts out with a bunch of Clue Tokens. I'd forgotten to mention that yes, since you started late, I assumed Pete had been hanging around the Docks and found that clue.

And yes again, you can sacrifice poor Duke to get all your San back.

Did I need a bank loan? Can I undo that? As a drifter, I'm not really sure what good the loan is going to do. I figure I'll be better used going around and grabbing clues, so I can tell people strange and mysterious things, like telling Jenny how to close portals.

Hey, he was just walking through the Merchant District, some guy shoved a piece of paper in his face, and said all he had to do was sign, and 10$ was his right now!

It's a subprime loan, anyway, dude. And if Pete and the rest of the investigators lose, who's gonna be around to collect? :P

You take a renowned visiting escape artist on a tour of the witch house. If you give him two of your spells, take the Ally card of Erich Weiss.

Erich shrugs, and says he's staying at the Boarding House down the street. If you come that way, he might come with you later.

Gate trophies(GTs) can be spent on Allies(at Ma's), Clue Tokens(Science Building), becoming a Deputy(Police Station) or becoming Blessed(Church).

There is but one drawback to spendings GTs: If an investigator closes the last gate on the board, they win, unless there are fewer than 9 GTs currently held by Investigators. However, if there are 6 or more Elder Sign tokens on the board at any time, the Investigators win, regardless of the GTs held.

Oops. Since there are Investigators at both open gates, none of these monsters will move this turn. However, during Turn 4 Movement, there will be a lot of dice-rolling.

(BTW, this is often how AH games go. First couple turns are kinda easy, but then there's a Surge, and Arkham goes to hell. )

Notes:

The Bank still has loans available in the Merchant District Streets. Hurry before they are all gone!

If you attempt to leave a location with a monster, you must Fight or Evade each monster there. The monster has a listed Evade modifier, this number reduces the number of dice you roll. If you succeed, you suffer no ill effects from that monster. If you fail to Evade a monster, it does its Combat damage to you, and you enter Combat, beginning with a Horror check, if needed.

Each of you need to think of your sliders for this turn. Evade might be something you should be thinking about, FTwalker and Arnir.
