Heh. You guys are screwed. I win the pool in even numbered years and the pattern has always been me just scraping past the cutoff line at the end.

... at least, that's what I keep telling myself to keep me from opening a vein in response to the most miserable regular season I've ever had in this pool.

That said, I have no valid excuse, as I have managed to find some time for Guild Wars. Because I couldn't bring myself to lock the Patriots in all their smug excellence, I went with the surging Vikings. Bad move on that one. Still, I went 4/5 on locks and 8/11 for the others (if the Chargers pull it out against the Broncos), giving me an estimated 27 points this week.

Hardly a lock, but I think I'm still in contention for the Surge award. I hope.
