How the hell would I know? I scanned Lassr last night, that's how I knew he was Balaam. The only players that can scan the living are already dead (Kraegor/Ring of Gad and Lassr/Balaam).
Sorry, misunderstood. I didn't realize this knowledge came from your scan. Damn, I really had Lassr pegged as Legion for a long time.

My opinion stays on pr0ner due to his voting record, they way he pops up when under scrutiny and then melts back into the woodwork and the fact that from a long time now I have had Newcastle as trusted.

It makes sense but since when does this game make sense to me.

from innocent priest #1 & #2 viewpoint there are two trusted....self and you. hence 50% odds.

that's why i think the temple is in a good spot.

You trust Newcastle why, exactly?

A) He vanished for days, just to lurk and see who noticed he was missing. How, exactly, does this make him more innocent than my normal play style?

B) He posted MASSIVE amounts of information trying to get Rev strung up. He gets what he wants, and Rev was innocent.

How do those add up to innocence?

No, we're not. The Good side's position is tenuous. There is 1 mostly-trusted player (me) and 3 complete unknowns (the rest of you sods). One of those unknowns is Legion. The others will lose us the game.

Of course, Team Evil is actually in a pretty good spot to win. There's one coin in three shifting cups.
FYI, if you're demon, and have been spoofing the Bracers all game, well done.
Proner - there is no way Zurai can be spoofing it....when zurai came out the following were dead....grund, baktosh, triggercut, and truicy. (i think i have this right). We know that grund was the mentalist....so take him off, triggercut was judas....

we also know that truicy offed himself willingly...he cant be a special

so the only person who could claim against Zurai would have been baktosh....but zurai named two specials when he came out.....baktosh as staff...and then claiming self as coroner....i think the true coroner/staff holder would have come out at that point.

zurai CAN NOT be spoofing that.

interesting how you bring that up though.

Proner -

1. Yeah i was lurking...whats the harm in it. But i think i have made up for it by my participation in these last bits in the game.

2. I WAS 100% WRONG ON REV - I admit that. I fully take the blame for that. But if i was evil, why would I take such a chance and expose myself like that when I knew the result in advance. If I was evil, I could have easily slid along with things and vote how I could.

But it could have been a big ruse to try to get people to trust you.

It's certainly worked with Scoop.

why would I go through all that trouble then? probably would have been easier ways to get folks voted off...rather than "frame" someone like that. And no it wasn't a ruse Proner....I truly thought that Rev was evil when I was doing it.

And nothing is wrong with lurking. Clearly I do it all the time.

But why is Scoop applying lurking to me as a reason for me being evil, and ignoring it for you, Newcastle?

I'll have to place the deciding vote on the game, but I can't do that right now. I'm going to have to do a lot of re-reading, so don't expect me to be vastly communicative for a while. I'll try to keep abreast of what's going on at the end of the thread, but there really can't be any startling revelations at this point.

So you vanishing for days to lurk, and then overplaying at the end of the game is innocent, while me lurking and popping in when I can equals guilty?

Pr0ner, your game style in every game is to lurk and when some interest of suspicion is shown on you, you appear, pop a message off, and blend back in.

I don't attribute that to evil. I was simply using it as comparison to what Newcastle did this game as well.

Your voting record is more instructive, however, and the fact that I have watched Newcastle throughout this game and when he is active he has done nothing to make me feel is a demon.

My voting record when I missed Trig and Lassr are easy to explain.

For Trig, we were in the middle of a voting powers test. I left the computer for a bit, and he was sent to his death.

For Lassr, I genuinely thought (and think, as evidenced by my vote) that Newcastle is evil. I left for lunch and to do some work, and when I was back, the Lassr vote was done.

You can believe me or not. But voting for me ends the game in the demon's favor.

I know, pr0ner, and no offense but the record is there and it can be viewed as a demon avoiding voting on his partners.

Now this is my viewpoint on things...take it into consideration with that...agree or diagree.

Couple of things upfront =
1. Proner - you're right it's hypocritical of me saying because you lurked = you are a demon. Same charge could be levelled at me. I did lurk for a bit, but then i became active. If it were the whole reason why i think you are evil, then it would be hypocritical...but it isn't.

2. It should also be noted that I was not on the triggercut vote either.

let's put it in context -

Whenever someone would cast suspicion on you, your would come in rather quickly to say "i'm innocent". However, if you only lurk and pop in every now and then, saying "I'm innocent"...how does that help the village? It hurts it. I know you dont give a lot of analyses in these games, and you do lurk. But what I am getting at, is that you are paying attention enough of the game to state your innocence,

but you were not paying enough attention to capture the demons.

Is that helping the temple? More importantly - why not helping more in finding the demons?

it's been your constant refrain - "i'm innocent".

1. Look at when i placed my second vote on you. You appear and go look at the two vote thingy. You were on pretty fast. You were paying attention. ANd to your credit you did state a few reasons on why to doubt others.

I actually removed it after that, because I didn't want to leave anyone exposed overnight. And also I got what I wanted, I got you to show up.

2. When Stessier levelled his charge at Lassr; you pointed the finger at me later in the day.

You were hoping to divert attention from Lassr, to me. You folks were still hoping that Stessier would be ignored. You said Lassr had potential, however you thought I was candidate #1? Didn't it strike you as odd that Lassr left his vote on Scoop overnight? Wasn't that a risky play to do as an innocent?

When you did level a charge at me - you said because of my failed accusation of Rev. That really wasn't a hard analysis to come to when your partner is in trouble is it?

Also you placed a vote on Rev BEFORE i even levelled a charge against him? I was still in the process of writing that. Without even a reason. Just a vote.

Now you are saying that you are suspicious of me because I PROVIDED evidence to support my accusations; when you didn't provide anything?

now who's being hypocritical?

I don't really have any desire to further explain my actions to someone I think is guilty.

If you want to vote me off, you'll just hand the victory to the demons.

But, that's probably what you want, seeing as how you probably are demon.

I am nervous about this vote but I can't imagine I am wrong.

Then I think about how I was confident with Rev vote.

The thing is this. Pr0ner really hasn't added much to the game (please no offense, pr0ner) while Newcastle has made what I feel are helpful posts at time.

Pr0ner has just popped in, said he was innocent, and blended back in like he has done every game I have played in.

He was more active this game which makes me think he is not an innocent priest.

Newcastle dropped out for a long time but I really buy his explanation that he was bored with the game and had lost interest.

But, pr0ner could be just a priest. Of course, now at the end of the game he starts to fight back and say a vote on him will lose the game. What else is he susposed to say.

The thing is in the present situation, both Zurai and myself have to agree on someone. I guess I will wait until Zurai gets done researching and checks back in before I make my post.

100% understandable Scoop.

It really has boiled down to Proner and myself, and I would expecct nothing less than you folks taking your time. In essence you should. I see it pretty easily, you guys have a more complex task. In a sense dont envy you.

The question I have is -

Why does it boil down to "Newcastle OR pr0ner" and not "Newcastle OR pr0ner OR Scoop#"?

Newcastle, pr0ner, what is your reasoning for ignoring Scoop in the voting? Why is he being ignored in this?

My position is: I know I'm pure. I know no one else is verified as pure. And, yet, I see two players at each others' throats and one player standing aside, poking the combatants as they go all out. Why are the two fighting the choices and the bystander has turned invisible?

Understand that I'm not accusing anyone at the moment. I do want to examine ALL the choices before I make the fatal blow. I'm not in the slightest satisfied with ignoring a possible choice simply because everyone else is.
