Hi All,

I have 1gig of ram on an It7-MAx2. It is DDr 2700. I have bought a 3rd stick of 512mb giving me 1.5gig in total.

When i boot Windows XP it only recognises 1gig. I have tried all the sticks individually and in different pairs and they all work fine but when i have all 3 in in any order nothing but 1gig.

Any ideas or thoughts.

Update. Just used Si Soft Sandra and it is showing one slot with 512mb and the other 2 having 256mb in each = 1 gig. Yet if i take one of the sticks out it still shows as having 1gig.
