What are you even saying?Bakhtosh wrote:Now mipe went to the grave as a special?![]()
You're stretching.
1. He certainly planted his trademark "Hint".
2. He certainly spoke as if he was the Herbalist (mentioned when he would be vulnerable, when he would be able to protect himself, etc)
3. He was attacked by the wolves as if they felt he was indeed the Herbalist (Zerker target).
and then
Are you saying that mipe was likely not a special, and there for - that is why you said that the numbers seal the deal for Kraegor?
The fact is simply this:
After tru1cy announced he wasn't a special, you said that basically totally proved Kraegor.
I simply pointed out that all we "must have" is at least 1 living special and that special could certainly be 'Newcastle' (or redrun)

Sorry guys, I just have been busy, and when I respond in these games, I like to take my time and read and see what has happened. The further you get behind in teh reading, the further it is a climb uphill to get back to where you are feeling comfortable with teh information. I've been trying to skim over the course of hte last 10 days or so since my last response, and trying to keep up with it, although I dont respond. I still am quite a few pages back, but am writing these following statements as I read up. So I do apologize, just been busy with stuff, and havent had the time to really dedicate a thoughtful and cogent response, although I probably should've checked in.

couple of things that strike me
I think truicy and austin are somehow connected, either masons, or a wolf tag team.
i dont like CR's claim of being special, but yet he still lives through the nights. Also, what proof do we have?
I dont like baktosh's claim of weredog then backing off.
I dont like the fact that Kraegor announced himself as the whore, but so far no one has been able to state that he has paid them a visit.
I think the risk of not killing Bubbles, is letting him live, andmuddle things up. However, it also gives the wolves another vote. But this also hinges on kraegor being the whore, which i dont believe anyone else has been able to verify. So we might just be preventing his death for nothing. The other problem is that BUbbles could be a zerker wolf, and we might want to take him out now, when we have a margin of safety, the closer we get to offing him, the closer we have on chacnes that he reduces the good guys population. I think also, forcing kraegor to go elsewhere to spend hte night, will be a good thing. I think, and i hate to say it, since he is unproven, and he is dead via a night's stay, then it eases some doubt from our minds. I know it will be a hindsight thing. But, why are we keeping bubbles alive, who is a known wolf, due to an unproven claim of kraeggors?
The other thing about taking out bubbles, is he might be the seer wolf; might as well blind them. He also could potentially be their alpha wolf, and might be needed to reproduce.....
I think i am going to vote for bubbles, especially since Kraeggor is going that way; a bird in hand is better than one in the bush type of thing.
I also see here that CR said that kraegor visited him. That eases some of the suspicion ive had, but not a lot. They could still be wolves.
I think baktoshs gaeme in claiming weredog was simple, was giving the bad guys a chance to breathe, if he were evil. He might have paniced and thought he had been scanned by stesstier.
yeah, bubbles it is

There are a fixed number of specials. CR, nor Kraegor are verified but they seem likely and that is all we have to go on in this game right now.Newcastle wrote:also - how do we know CR is a special? hwo can that be verified? Have you counted specials. Can we assume from your post that you are not a special? We are tryng to determine if kraegor is verified by the virtue of being the only one willing to claim one of the clearly available and Alive special spots.

5 dead that might have been special
So there is at least 1 special alive
At least.
Kraegor and Chaos are the only people we have that are still claiming special
This all but (redrun is still a possible ??) proves Kraegor as the whore.

Re: Scooby's Werewolf Village - Thursday Day
thanks for the math update unagi; again a bit behind.
I am fine with it, because the following reasons
1. kraeggor encouraged it
2. It removes a known wolf, thereby bringing their population down to 2 (potentially - unknown due to the siring thing, but i think they would have sired last night,
2b. It also potentially reduces their powers. We dont know if bubbles is a powered wolf or not.
3. A bird in hand is better than one in the bush.
And yes I realize it removes the safe bed for him, but i think kraeggor is smart enough that he can bed with other folks who he deems are unlikely to be victims, or who he might think are wolves. Yes it's a chance.

I presumed out of frustration. It's too bad that he did that, as you aren't the only one following his example.Newcastle wrote:1. kraeggor encouraged it
If Kraegor is the whore - it's a pretty nice thing to actually let him sleep with a wolf each night. Minus that, we are creating the possibility of a Double Kill tonight by the wolves. Seems like a no-brainer choice to me, but apparently I am in the minority.Newcastle wrote:2. This bird isn't going anywhere, and it won't hurt to look in the bush one more time while this BubbleBird sings away. This 'bird in hand' analogy has no place here, at this juncture.Newcastle wrote:3. A bird in hand is better than one in the bush.
Have you given any thought to what the outcome would be, and what you would do with any of those scenarios. A vast majority of them aren't helpful.Newcastle wrote:And yes I realize it removes the safe bed for him, but i think kraeggor is smart enough that he can bed with other folks who he deems are unlikely to be victims, or who he might think are wolves. I suppose everyone should feel free to just vote for Mr.Bubbles tonight, after all - Kraegor himself has that vote cast too.

Ok... Is kraegor a trusted? No... You have to at some point (as I posted earlier) go with gut instincts....
You have to assume maybe he hasnt been full of shit this entire game, or you end up screwed with an inability to make decisions based on no trusted pile.
Either unagi is playing a way too outspoken wolf and his partners are not telling him to shut up. Or he's probably a villager trying to win the game.
I am thinking it's more B than A. As such I didnt say he is 100% trusted, no one is, but at some point you gotta think someone else is good and for me it's unagi.
I agree Bubbles is a sound kill today, but you have to not think kraegor is a whore and nott care if he dies. The whole point of keeping bubbles alive is to keep kraegor alive.
I argued the Bubbles side of it for a while. it doesnt change our miss totals if he explodes, etc. But the argument Kraegor and Unagi have been making is to keep bubbles alive since we can kill him tomorrow if we miss, no fuss no muss. They want him alive for kraegor who is probably our whore, in and out of the game

It's not hard - you just do it.

Because I'm not interested in being the excuse?Unagi wrote: Why sir, don't you take your vote off MrBubbles so that we can look for a wolf with your help?
Because I can wolf hunt without relying on a consensus?
Contradictions of my actions are proof of my role when taken in context of the math involved and it took a week for you folks to get here.

What was killing me Kraegor is you were arguing for Bakhtosh but voting for bubbles. Made me think you just wanted the day to end. And that mentality always favors the wolves. I'd rather we all agree to kill someone and spend an extra 2 days arguing it than vote poorly because we need the game to move on.
Now if we get stuck in a deadlock and it's obvious one side isnt going to budge, then maybe it makes sense.

You guys better be really careful tomorrow. Knock me off and you're down to 1 miss, and it's possible the bad guys will have a vote majority. It may be a race to plurality. All the good guys need to get their vote on Bubbles in ASAP. And for those not keeping score at home, you'll be in the same position tomorrow: Killing Bubbles will remove Kraegor's "protection". Only it's 1 day later and you're down to 1 miss instead of two. Brilliant!

In both cases I have valid tactical moves I can make at night. Thus I don't give a rat's ass who hangs during the day.Semaj wrote:What was killing me Kraegor is you were arguing for Bakhtosh but voting for bubbles. Made me think you just wanted the day to end. You do understand you, as a wolf are widely ignored for a reason right?Mr Bubbles wrote:You must be smoking crack.Semaj wrote: I argued the Bubbles side of it for a while. it doesnt change our miss totals if he explodes, etc.
You could just be a good little wolf and spend your day sitting idly by in the holding cell we made for you...

And hopefully you people will start ignoring Unagi since he's been as helpful as Bubbles has been the last 2 days...
