I didn't vote Austin because you were to ripe a target. Does that help?Mr Bubbles wrote:I really don't understand why people didn't vote Austin. I'm at a loss.
Oh my dear Unagi Wolves do it... Innocents do it.... That in itself means nothing, but actually I was talking more about Scoop. I don't meta and I don't use RL as a cover for my role. No doubt my absence hurt the good guys.. Not that it wasn't stacked to begin with, but for that I apologize. I didn't expect to be away from the internet as much as I was.Unagi wrote:Mr.B, When and Where did I "meta you away" ?
I didn't.
And - to that point, and for what it's worth, this vote I have on you is based entirely on the messages in the posts you have made.
If your game wasn't sufficient to garner my trust and/or belief that you are good - why is that all of a sudden my problem?
As far as 'Remuside' goes, this is a great example of why I am voting for you. Taunting a player is something I have seen wolves do time and time again.
It was so transparent that Austin was guilty. So to answer your question... no it doesn't helpRemus West wrote:I didn't vote Austin because you were to ripe a target. Does that help?Mr Bubbles wrote:I really don't understand why people didn't vote Austin. I'm at a loss.
I am kind of proud of my analysis. I was more certain about two and uncertain about Purge. I can die well.Mr Bubbles wrote:I hate to say it and ruin all the suspense, but I'm leaning toward remus's accusations. Chaos has not been the typical Chaos he has been in previous games. His participation has been spotty. Austin seems the most evil out of all three. His quick responses when he is being accused is very suspect. Purge, while I lean toward him I am still the least sure about him.Remus West wrote:BTW, I thought my intentions were clear enough. I need to reread the thread. I have stated my belief that Purge, Austin, and Chaosraven must be our evil guys. So I intend to go back and see who was acting most "good" before the first actual night to try and figure who I think is the berserker. Then vote for either of the other two.
Austin
. I think he is our best bet as of right now. It just seems too calculated. I tend to think Chaos was the one who was converted or he is pretty bold.
This post leads me to believe he was the one converted or was a very bold fella.Chaosraving wrote:My partners, Purge and Bubbles have left it up to me to answer for them it appears.
And Purge would like to admit to being Chaos.
Wait, I think I read his PM wrong.
Er, uh, HI!
To answer your question Purge is I was kept alive because well there is always a air of suspicion, but when I'm unusually quiet of course you want to keep me alive. I'm a suspicion magnet. I just wanted to make sure people knew my participation would change for the better. No more absenteeism.
My absence was not a result of active choices I made therefore said nothing about my innocence or guilty, which is what frustrated me.purge wrote:Bubbs, your absence was similar to other people's wolf tactics (look at Chaos, almost absent.)
In hindsight we should have killed the known even if we had others die. It would have reduced their numbers and cleared the air. I don't think I was going to make it to the next morning, but my info was useless.
We never really used a forum so that is not an option.purge wrote:What was the EC night scans like? Who did you pick to find out who they were, and did you adjust your kills accordingly? I don't really care to register and check the channel; I'm just interested in a high-level account of it.
O rly? Was it my participation because that has changed a bit because my availability has changed. (Yesterday I was in classes all day and attended a funeral at night etc...) In any case it felt a bit stacked but, good game.Mr Bubbles wrote:It was so transparent that Austin was guilty. Funny, thas was exactly how I read it.purge wrote:Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Yeah, so I scanned Unagi the first night (hence the  when he came out as the terminator)
Yes, it was. I was going to discard the roll, but decided to go with itUnagi wrote:And, how many times - - - when I knew Scoop was the Apoth and I was the Shooter was I totally sure that Remus must be EC.
Tru1cy, was that truly Random the second time around?
and we were hosed because CR was the Librarian and had scanned me.Unagi wrote:The First Game:
Unagi: Sorcerer
Scoop: Converter
We scanned mipe on night 1 and were told he was a normal marine.
We killed our second guess of special: Remus - and he was the Apothecary.
Then we were told that mipe was really the Shooter.
Just goes to show that if the two of you finally agree the group should go in the opposite direction. When you argue then it becomes a coin toss.Scoop20906 wrote:Good game. Well played. Once more you all fool me and I am disturbed at how often Unagi and I agreed and how often Unagi and I were wrong. Sigh.
Even when I made the shot, I thought - meh - he's likely a soldier...Lassr wrote:I told you not to shoot me!
I protected myself on Semaj's night and then again on the real first night (since Semaj's night didn't count).Remus West wrote:I want to know who Purge's scans were and what stessier's protection choices were. We figured stessier for a first night self protect then for either Unagi or Scoop (didn't really matter as we wanted to be rid of the Chaplin anyway).
edit: Well, that takes care of one of them.

This makes me feel much better about the self protect. I strongly suspected I would be targeted one way or the other.Remus West wrote: Night 1 - Scan stessier -result Chaplin. Figure self protect. Convert Chaosraven so he will stop whining that I never convert him when I am evil.

You had the gun. It was easy...just point it elsewhere and "BANG."Unagi wrote:And then I thought, so how (and I did it once with Theohall, who reacted the same way you did) do I "un-pick" Lassr and move to say, Remus... I couldn't see of a way that sat well with me... so - I just stuck with it.

You could have thought "if I get scanned they won't attack me thinking I will self-protect" then you could have been free to protect yourself the final night when you died. Of course if we think that you think that then we would attack you...so you can not chose the cup in front of you.stessier wrote:This makes me feel much better about the self protect. And I had three days of you saying I was special to fall back on, as well as the facepalm explanations and Unagi hitting the nail on the head sometime on day 2 (man, I thought I was dead for sure ... had I come out I think stess would have died protecting me, but with the group input today would have been very different).Remus West wrote:BTW, I wanted Chaosraven to come out today as the Librarian and name Purge as the Sorcerer. I figured that way you could either believe him or not but since we felt Purge the only likely Librarian candidate left, his counter "You are not the Librarian, I am" claim would have been hard to get folks to buy.

Or were you kidding about lynching him?
