I'm going to backup the database, so the site may be slow on new posts and searches for a little bit.

I saw a few SQL errors today but for the most part I couldn't tell anything was going on.

Yep at one point I turned on binary logging and restarted the database; thankfully for some reason I went to check the website and hit refresh and got that as well... Whoops.
