Outage July 25/2011

So the board went down around 3am, and I had to open a ticket (couldn't revive it remotely even via a hard boot).

The good news is it's back online. The better news is that it seemed the server never died and it was the network port that was disabled/screwed (From the system logs anyways, it showed the link dropping).

Waiting to hear back on root cause, but we're back in operation again.
