Not particularly. :)

Let this old veteran-you-can-trust tell ya, that would be a mistake.

IF Mr.Bubbles is a Rebel - He would be OK putting a vote on his fellow Rebel, especially since it looked like this day was either One or the Other... If they are both Rebels, they both wanted to come out 'tomorrow' looking more imperial.
How many times have you been wrong about me before. I'm not sure if you've ever had it right. If you want to continue with this path feel free, but I have vote for more than one rebel. You think this is some intricate plan to establish trust? I don't know what you've been smoking, but pass it over buddy. I want some of it! :o

eh, that's enough time I think. Grund train's not going anywhere, there's consensus on RMC, there's a case against RMC, and he's had plenty of time to get himself clean.

 Withdraw Grundbegriff

pr0ner should have been the 8th vote. El Guapo's likely does not count. Not that it matters since we know where we stand with him.

By "does not count" you mean doesn't tell us new information, I'm guessing? Sorry about that - I saw coop's suggesting that pr0ner be the 8th vote, but for some reason I didn't get the rationale (I thought he was just looking for an 8th vote, and happened to pick pr0ner).

Why pr0ner specifically, though?

pr0ner voted while both Isgrimnur and I were tallying votes, so I called it out specifically after we simulposted what had become inaccurate information due to pr0ner's vote. There is no conspiracy here.

Because Pr0ner posted the 8th vote between the 7th by tru1cy and my and coopasonic's vote tabulations.

I wasn't commenting on any player specifically. I was commenting on the voting. His should have been the 8th vote (if I counted correctly). I was thinking the stuff in parenthesis but did not type it. Sorry for being unclear.

Everybody seemed to be getting tired. Grundbegriff and a few others were sleeping at the table, and no matter how many times Tru1cy or others poked them, they wouldn't wake up.

RMC stood up and stretched, then announced in a loud voice, after his long nap, "I'm sick of all this bickering. I'm going to take a long bath and think about what has been said here today," and then walked to the Emperor's private bath area.

"Did he even hear what was said here today?" Remus whispered to Mr. Bubbles as RMC was sauntered out of the room.

A few more hours passed in debate, and Unagi said in exasperation, "Where is RMC?! He said he was going to take a bath and then come back with some thoughts."

"Yeah," chimed in Lord Mortis. "That was hours ago, he must be pretty pruney by now. Should we wait until he gets back and hear what he has to say?"

"No," said Tru1cy. "I think 9 hours is enough. Let's just vote for him and get this done."

There was a murmer of ascent and El Guapo gathered the votes. "Hey," El Guapo exclaimed with surprse, "I was going to stick my vote in for RMC too, but we already have eight votes for him. Doesn't look like I need to. Who is going to get RMC to break the bad news to him."

"I will," said Coopasonic, and he marched off toward the Emperor's bath. After a few minutes he returned with a puzzled look on his face. "He's not there."

"What do you mean he's not there?" asked Pr0ner in an annoyed voice.

"Exactly what I said," stated Coopasonic sounding just as annoyed. "I looked for him in the bath and in a few adjoining rooms. I can't find him."

"Find him, NOW!" Unagi bellowed.

Not wanting to make Lord Vader even more angry, everyone jumped up and immediately searched all the rooms. After searching for over half an hour, everyone slowly came to the same conclusion. RMC had disappeared.

There is not a lynch today, and it is now night.

My suspects haven't changed - since, well, I was correct on the last four. :ninja:

I think it's clear we need to see if there can be a Shot taken tomorrow, (let everyone chime in), and then put the vote back down on RMC - once it's clear no shot can be taken.

Next I would get Mr Bubbles tested. If he isn't Rebel, his imperial status will forever be in great question.

Semaj is now much higher on my list.

and I still think tru1cy should be tested.

BTW, this may or may not get me killed but they are not going to kill then spoof me - which is what had me so very confused about living since Grand Moff Tarkin would be so easy for them to spoof.

Night 1 : Chaosraven - no other choice, he wasn't lying
Night 2 : stessier - figured it more important to know who they killed rather than who they were - he was a Royal Guard
Night 3 : nobody - power was blocked as an effect of Leia's stun-bot

Anyone else claims to be Tarkin they need to be lynched and or shot or both. Feel free to improvise and mutilate them a lot.

Only thing I can think of - and this is why I almost held back my role - is that they do not (well, did not anyway) know my role. That's why I said early on that I figured it had to be a panic stun due to Newcastle knowing he was very high on my list of suspects.

We are used to you getting it right. Sorry. You set the bar. :D

Actually, no. It's not that you got it wrong about 1 rebel, it's that with 1 day to go you basically said you weren't interested in RMC, you didn't even mention what seemed to be choice B, Mr Bubbles, as a lynch target - but you then listed him at the end of 'pr0ner and LM'... So, it looked like you coming in and trying to make up for not doing anything to save em..

Pr0ner is also pinging my possible baddun radar (but then again, he's the one I am least sure on... has he come out somewhere and I missed it? He's playing a skoch reckless imho).
If I had to guess 3 right now... Pr0ner, LM and Bubbles.
I could go grund, his silence is deafening.

Well.

Remus was at one point most certainly NOT a Rebel. (stun bot)

The only option for Remus to be someone that would lie about his Imperial Role, would be for him to be Mara Jade.

(so, no change, as that was always there.)

Also, we know with 100% certainty that Remus was an imperial until night 4. If he were Mara Jade and converted before day 3, then she would be a rebel and thus not susceptible to stunning on day 3.

As discussed before, you also have to believe either that Talon Karrde is in the game and scanned Remus, or that the rebels got very lucky.

Given that Remus was in line with the other imperials today and on board the RMC train, I really don't think it's worth serious consideration that he's Mara Jade.

I'd say my current suspect list, in rough order:

RMC (I strongly suspect he is a rebel :))
Bubbles
Semaj
Grund
KK

What troubles me about Semaj's posts/activities this day in particular is not that he was wrong about RMC, BUT: (1) strongly opposed lynching RMC (anyone else) without giving a rationale for not thinking RMC a rebel; (2) his suspect list, Bubbles aside, was questionable (pr0ner has been ringing strongly imperial the whole game); (3) he never cast a vote for anyone, even when we're just a day out.

Hopefully any shot(s) we have will get used tomorrow. Though I'm starting to suspect that Vader was our only shooter, since I feel like any others would have been used before nightfall tonight (but who knows). In any event RMC dies next. After that I'm not sure about whether Bubbles is next or not; Grund and KK's continued silence are both troubling.

Oh, and Coop moved significantly down my suspect list today. Early joiner of the RMC train, while if he were a rebel I don't think he'd want to give that momentum (probably push for a silent who is imperial). Active on the RMC train as well, and also giving consideration to Bubbles. Mortis' early participation on the RMC train is a good sign as well, though he's somewhat more suspicious due to continued rule gaffes and other weird posts (but then, it is Mortis).
