If Rev and Grund hold the best hope for a wolf, then why would you not vote against one of us? That is, after all, the point of the game: find the wolf..
Seriously?
My vote was on you.
I changed it with 45 minutes before the deadline. By leaving my vote on you, we risked hitting the deadline, since no one else seemed inclined to join me.
As for Remus, you are correct that I could have put a vote on him, but I have already listed why I don't wish to vote for him today.

Could you clarify again why voting against Newc is preferable to voting against Remus?
It is likely that Newc is not the Seer (surely, he would have claimed it at n-1, otherwise). It is possible that Remus is the Seer. By running Remus to n-1, we risk exposing the Seer. (Also, see my previous post where I explained that Remus' "don't scan me" argument with Lassr and stess may have attracted a scan on him last night and no "Remus is the last wolf" claim has been raised today. Maybe small odds, but not insignificant ones).
By lynching Newcastle, if he's not the wolf (he may very well be), the wolf would have to pick 1 from 5 to kill the Seer tonight. Not lynching Newc means the wolf would only have to choose 1 from 4 possible Seers.

If he is, you've done a great job of marking him for death.

You seem so sure that Newcastle isn't a wolf. That's why my vote is on you.
tick, tick, tick or rather....beep....beep.....beep...feel like i am in an episode of 24...except this time its a real cliffhanger and you dont know if agent Newcastle Almeda will make it through!
Gamble against your reason; follow your intuition. Vote against Remus West. If he's the Seer, you've already marked him for death anyhow. But he could be a Wolf in sheep's misdirection.
I like where my vote is. I don't like Newcastle's list of folks he won't vote for. That looks like him trying to curry favor. I'm sticking with my vote.

what bout purge? You like to complain about them silent folks?

i dont intend on voting for grund today, tomorrow perhaps (if i make it).
for BB - i dont think he'd stick on his partner the whole day
for Remus - i think putting your wolf pack mate at n-1 and so close to the edge is a very ballsy move as a wolf, BUT....i dont think a wolf would risk it this early in the game. I am still on the fence if you would...but I keep leaning toward innocent in that move...sorry remus.

Here's the thing though. The first player you listed has been the only one to really want to go after the second two you listed. Grund is not playing a Grund game. He seems to be playing a Scoop game. So I don't understand why you would mention not wanting to vote for him today.

in terms of grund i am curious if he's playing his bull in the china shop routine...attack those who dont seem to be gathering heat...in order to draw analysis...so in a sense, i am ignoring his attacks on you. i dont think Grund went after BB either.
either way, we're kind of boned unless the seer strikes lucky. and i am actually kind of annoyed at your guys reading comprehension, if you compare my two suspect lists my first one is very blaise, bland, not detailed....while the second one i smore thorough and reflects my feel for the game. Kind of annoyed you guys are getting hung up on that.
ah well....YEAH for deadlock! And for the record i was thinking for a bit to self-vote to end my hanging by a threads edge for a good chunk of hte day.
anywya, will be going after Purge tomorrow (the silent factor)...hope you guys dont midn joining me in offing a silent one. And yes i do think i will survive tonight, since well...you guys were enthusiastic enough to keep me on the ledge for most of hte day.
After the death of Lassr, RevHempus71 deliberated and pointed to Qantaga claiming "He is the wolf." Grundbegriff agreed. The rest of the village, however, had their doubts. bb2112 continued to be assertive about which one should be lynched while still remaining relatively quiet. The most shouting was heard from Remus West and Newcastle. This shouting led to a stalemate as the villagers could not decide which of the loudest they should lynch in order to get some much needed peace and quiet. Unable to reach a majority, the villagers retired for the evening with plans to root out the evil on Wednesday.
No villager was lynched on Tuesday, Day Two!
IT IS NIGHT.
Wolves, who will you eat?
Seer, who will you scan?
and i do apologize if i sound like a bitter person there...or anything of that nature...just reread what i wrote there, and i come off sounding like abitter & angry person.
Also fyi....i got jury duty starting tomorrow, so computer access will be limited.
A quiet night passed in the village. No howling. No screams. It seemed they had succeeded in their plan to have a peaceful night and resolve their werewolf difficulty on this new day. The mostly silent purge's eyes grew wide in horror as he spotted what appeared to be the legs of another body sticking out from behind the gallows. As the villagers gathered around the body, it was apparent the head had been chewed off at the neck. A quick role call revealed Grundbegriff had been beheaded by the wolf. The head was nowhere to be found.
It is Day!
Wednesday - Day Three
1. Remus West
2. Newcastle
3. Lassr - Monday night snack
4. purge
5. RevHempus71
6. stessier - Wolf, lynched by village
7. Qantaga
8. Grundbegriff - Beheaded Tuesday night
9. bb2112
I'm still where I was yesterday thinking the Newcastle needs to be lynched.

As I stated before, I was watching rather than participating. Yesterday more action happened in 24 hours than in 4 days prior, and while I missed the deadline - parental responsibilities overrode my desire to get my 2c in before the deadline - I wasn't going to vote regardless (unless I was convinced).
For one, I'm glad to see the deadline breach doesn't kill the person with the highest votes. I wasn't going to break my silence to ask the question, and in the grand scheme, it didn't really matter to me.
You lynching me means we would have been one more down (as I'm a villager). I am not convinced of anyone's innocence at this point, and all that activity yesterday will lead to some interesting speculation, methinks.
I urge you, Newcastle, to hold back your vote, and everyone else should as well until we can all parse through the mexican standoff.
I am looking critically at the votes on me since "kill the silents" is just about as good a reason as any for a wolf to hide behind. I also have a natural tendency towards TP'ing, but at this late point in the game I doubt that it's that simple anymore.
If the seer is still alive, it would be a good time for him to speak up.
That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

Wow, never been in a game where the deadline was actually breached. Sorry, but life interfered with the game and i was unable to get my post in till to late. when I got back to my pc I got on an put out my Q vote. when i refreshed the page I saw it was too late.
Now back to the game.
After deadlock, and then grund dies.....
Remus gets a pass from me still, I still can't see him dangling his partner out there like that. Plus Grunds death is a bit telling to me. I have but 2 suspects for today. Simply put Qantaga and Newcastle. Based more on my gut than information.... Qantaga
. This may sound bold, Newcastle, should Q prove to be a human I will be voteing your way next.
Sheesh...... May I please get out of the corner now???? I promise to behave........
am typing quickly here, so not as well thought out as usual. since time is slipping away.
if i am seriously that big of a distraction to you guys, vote me off...since its polluting your mind from gaining a better sense of clarity in this game.
also - why grund? Why not one of the other "provens" who were on the Stessier train...kind of an interesting question. was the wolf on the stessier train - he's cutting himself less room to hide. if he was not on the train is he hoping we go after the not on train pool? was he afraid of grund's analysis?
Seriously do consider voting me off, if i am such a massive block to your thought process and you think I am the only person who could be a wolf. Because once i turn up innocent, you'll have to change your thoguht process.
