I have always played FPS games in pilot mode. That means down=up movement wise. I expect at least 1/2 of this audience knows what I'm talking about. Reverse mouse axis. That's right.
Anyway, I'm trying to get back up to speed on UT2K4 and I've discovered Star Wars Galaxies has crippeld my skills!
I'm so used the scheme I set up with it (the opposite of pilot controls) that I am completely messed up on any other FPS game. Ack!
Damn you Anakin! Stop TK'ing! Bizzotch!
I am game-crippled!

Kelric, how the hell do you fly planes? Up=Up?Kelric wrote:You freak.killbot737 wrote:I have always played FPS games in pilot mode. That means down=up movement wise. I expect at least 1/2 of this audience knows what I'm talking about. Reverse mouse axis. That's right.

I'm aware that some folks have no trouble switching from Up=Up to Up=Down when switching from FPS to Flight Sim, but I ain't one of 'em. Pilot mode all the way for me.
