I don't think this belongs here in PCGbT, but I'll leave it here - because I think it's bad to move threads around too much.

I don't think being in this forum will adequately warn people who might have ordered Jade Empire from Overstock.com. Consumer action or not, ATB, the best place for this probably would have been either Consoles or maybe the Bargain Bin (if this was in reference to a sale).
