Yup. One additional token per each advance in logistics.

Technically, Logistics just helps you put more tokens into a territory when you play Viceroy. Colonization comes with Conqueror.

It doesn't matter since you rolled a 6, but if you have no bonuses isn't your target number 4 not 2?
