you cant honestly say you dont have more options to getting the info out of CR than bubbles? Yeah its not 1 stop shop...but...still you have 3 ways to get the information instead of 2...aint that better?
This is about the time as a frustrated villager you vote for yourself. Want to continue the tradition? :P

Newcastle at N-1.

Seriously Newcastle, why would you have played the View From Heaven Card first thing on a Saturday morning? Was there that much urgency?

Damn. That completely blows up my ingenious plan to try to get Newcastle to contradict the timeframe on "playing" his View From Heaven" card.

(Earlier today he said he'd played it "last night". Really wanted to see if I could get him to say he'd played it this morning. Ah well.)

Newcastle, I think your card was the deadline card, and I think you played it right away this morning:

1. because you and your wolf buddies didn't read the card descriptions well enough and thought you could get a day through the game on a Saturday/Sunday without 6 votes accumulating on one player, (not realizing a majority was needed) or
2. you hoped to get through the day without everyone else being able to play their cards, such as rezzes or seance cards.

When you got caught not having a card, I think you made up the View From Heaven.

Either way, I think we find out here as soon as Lassr checks the thread.
someone scan or lynch Trigg when i come back innoccen guys....dont care what you think...you jumped right at me when you found out i didnt have a card...just was waitin for the person to "have no card" and BAM that was me...

yeah triggs a wolf guys...check him out for me. Hopefully CR did.

The wolves put us on a short deadline. Triggercut has, from my point of view, been doing the "don't think, vote" all day.

Everyone waited impatiently for Newcastle to return from his trip so he could reveal his big secret. When he finally did everyone was highly irritated.
“We waited for this?” theohall shouted.

“What the fizzle man. What a waste!” Triggercut threw up his hands in disgust. “Mr. Bubbles would have been a better use than Chaosraven.”

“Newcastle, you must die.” Theohall cast his vote.

Qantaga steps up and points at Newcastle but before he can get a word out of his mouth a bolt of lightning streaks from above and strikes Qantaga. He falls over dead, his finger now pointed toward the sky.

Qantaga is dead.

Actually I agree with playing it right away. Keep it from being swiped. I don't agree with giving the ability to CR. Grave mistake.

Well, that is sucky. At least we do have a wolf in NC. Good play NC.

I will probably die tonight. Please lynch RW after NC. Thanks.

Also beware of RR. I think he and RW have been pointing at each other to throw off suspicion if one of them dies, but I'm not totally sure. Just a suspicion.

Ok, I'm confused. Is it still day 2? Was Q struck dead by Death or Nuke'em from Orbit?

Can't be Nuke'em, unless I'm missing how it works or redrun is lying. I don't think Newcastle could play that until he's lynched, so if he had that then redrun would have swiped it (again, unless redrun is lying).

I think it has to be Death!, unless there's a Lassr update coming. Or I'm missing something, which is entirely possible (perhaps likely!)

I may have a nice piece of crow to eat. I'm not sure about that yet. Newcastle couldn't have played the death, so the fact that it was played doesn't tell us anything about Newcastle - only that the wolves got a nice extra kill today.

What I think happened:

Either the Death Card or Nuke Em From Orbit got played. Either way, it doesn't make me think that Newcastle is anything but a wolf.

I suspect we'll find that Lassr processed things in order. We don't know when the PM to use the Death card was sent.

If it was the Death card, it got played before Newcastle's self-vote, and thus took out Qantaga and his vote on Newc.

We're at 10 players, so 6 is still the majority, and Newcastle has rescinded his self vote so he's at 4.

ok a mea culpa here...

1. I am sorry for getting peeved there...i think with all the knives eager to shank me...i think folks can kind of understand

2. I thought i made a VERY pro villager move...instead it gets jacked back into my face...and i'm basically told i'm an idiot (which i'm not). That really pissed me off. Because I made a very pro village move there. I gave teh village more options to access the information and spread the risk around. According to a vocal few...I'm the village idiot for doing that. Think bout it guys...seriously think about it.

3. I thought i madea very clever "story" or hint...instead that was crapped on as well.

My feelings arent hurt...i was out of line and i shouldnt have been. I should have stepped away from the keyboard. I wont be voting nor self voting tonight. Que sera sera.

If i'm voted off so be it...you'll know i'm a villager.

If i'm still here tomorrow...then...well i'll still be stuck in this mad house.

If Nuke 'em from Orbit had been used, the game would have proceeded to Night. That card swaps who gets lynched so a lynch still happens. There was no lynch.

Someone had to have played the Death! card.

and actually the 2 votes that happened after the card was played but before I did the write up do not count.

So the count is:

Day 2
Newcastle ---------- Qantaga --------
BB2112 ---------- Newcastle -------- Newcastle
theohall ---------- Remus West -------- Newcastle
kraegor ---------- --------
Remus West ---------- --------
El Guapo ---------- Newcastle --------
stessier ---------- --------
triggercut ---------- Remus West -------- Newcastle
RMC ---------- El Guapo --------
redrun ---------- Newcastle --------
.
.
Newcastle -4 ---------- El Guapo, triggercut. Bb2112, theohall
El Guapo -1 ---------- RMC

So that explains it. Q was killed, then NC cast his vote. So at max, NC never had more than 5 votes.
