Yes, that's how it usually goes on Day 1. Your over-explanation is pretty interesting since you're not a rookie player.

tru1cy is kind of talkative today.

As to how folks decide:
1) Rememer the only good Remus West is a dead Remus West
2) Look how folks post and try to remember if they are doing something out of character (this does not work with Scoop because he is always some kind of character
3) Silent villagers need to be eliminated because they aren't helping the village with their silence
4) #3 is not always true.
5) Guess.

Geez, dude. You may as well have just quoted him and changed the name in the accuse tags. :P

FYI Holman.... This is an example of a slip. Villagers (Pirates in this case) are supposed to poke the silents. When someone says time to poke the innocents, they are inadvertently admitting they are wolves.

While this may be a faux pas on Scoop's part, he could be the Berserker wolf, but being this early in the game, it is worth it to take him out.

So theohall is allowed to make fun of me with "the only good Remus" comments but Scoop is not allowed to mock my famous slip?

Defending tru1cy:
Mr Bubbles
theohall

Attacking tru1cy:
(Lagom Lite)
bb2112
Holman

Acting kind of weird:
Holman (newbie?)
theohall (opportunist/helpful)
tru1cy (defensive, embarrassed)

Attacking Scoop for making a non-slip slip:
bb2112
theohall

Chatty:
Remus West
Holman
Scoop
bb2112

...

As of right now, I could change my vote to theohall, or to one of the silents.

theohall's vote of Scoop seems to be a reach to find a reason to place a vote. I understood the mocking of Remus by Scoop, that in itself does not appear to be a wolf move, just a scoop move.

You rarely find a wolf protecting another wolf in these games anymore, at least from the veteran players. Of course, it could be a veteran move to break the trend and actually protect his partner. That would really throw a wrench in things! :ninja:

Ah, the old day 1 runaround. The choices so far seem to be:

Remus West (2) - because he's always evil
Truicy (4) - Because he's, uh, talkative so far? This one's the most puzzling I think.
Scoop (1) - "poke the innocents". Possibly a reference to an earlier Remus slip?

So...great choices so far. The tru1cy one's the best - he writes like three sentences, admits that it's a day 1 vote without much logic behind it, and gets a vote and a train I guess based on him "over-explaining" things? Almost makes me want to vote for Lagom, but that's not much to go on either, so for now it probably makes more sense to vote for someone who we haven't really heard from.

Say:

 Qantaga

Black Lives Matter.

It was the standard first day BS vote. Remus West's reaction to it, though, makes it seem like a good one.

More horrible "logic" there.

1) I was not defending Scoop so much as pointing out how you were actually voting him for no reason. It was your move that interested me. I couldn't care less about Scoop living or dying (sorry, Scoop, it's true)

2) Now we have this lovely piece here. You believe I am a bad guy defending another bad guy. You are now trying to pin "evil" on Scoop based on my actions.

Why provide a reason for the initial vote if it was BS? Particularly a reason that can be proven incorrect by simply reading Scoop's whole post.
You are not looking for evil. You are looking for a scapegoat. I'd rather we dug around a bit more.

This is getting good. It's like an episode of Dallas! Who killed JR?

<shrug> No idea, and wouldn't a Dallas themed wolf game be kind of fun?

Well back to pirates... I say, let's vote for:

Why? Because we lost the last game together, so I want to take my revenge out on him. Nothing to do with this game at all.

And I will change my mind most likely. :)
