Wow, that works! Forward 9, right 1. That gives me 3 extra moves, so I draft left, and forward for two more. Oh, wait, not sure if I can go right, left. If I can't, then end my move after the forward 9, then the right 1. The 12 would have been perfect, but a 20 would have been disastrous.

The slipstream would be permitted, however doing so into the turn will cost you a brake point per the rules.
