Now come on Scoop. If Remus was a Dem, he would not ask for a self vote. He might, but not in this game, it is going too slow. Join me in voting for a silent. I think that is the best place for all votes tonight.

I'm loathe to lynch JD because I don't want to lynch someone that is not going to speak up and it doesn't look like he will show to do so. Then again, I'm happy to lynch JD because he is not showing and is thus hurting the village. Also against lynching him is that if he prove loyal there is no point to rezzing him since he is MIA. In favor of lynching him is that, assuming he has remained spoiler-free, Lassr would be a perfect rez target regardless of the outcome of our lynch today.

At this point I feel like I'm in a play by mail game of werewolf.

It feels like all but a few of us have quit on this game. I'd just like to play it out. At this point I don't even care who wins or loses all that much.

I hate the JD vote but I think it might be the only vote people can agree on it seems which is really weird.

And thought Remus was against rez Lassr and now suddenly he is for it?

Did something slip you a campaign contribution or something, Remus?

ugh, does anyone think that there's more than a 2% or 3% chance that JD is a wolf? He doesn't have much of a background in WW games, does he? Seems much more likely that his inactivity is getting bored and forgetting about the game or just stopping playing. Of course he could happen to be a wolf who decided to stop playing, but banking on that seems like just hoping to get lucky.

There is some value in moving the game along though, I suppose.

By contrast Qantaga's silence seems much more suspicious. Could just be a series of unfortunate events for him of course.

I am against using Lincoln today. The target is immaterial to me. Today is the wrong time.

If we use the rez down the road it doesn't mater who we raise as long as they are a known Repub. I would be best to raise someone that was only recently killed as they are more likely to have kept up with the game   :grund:

I admit that a good portion of the reason I'm not voting JD is that Scoop is. I really think we should lynch him or bb2112 today. I haven't really moved on either very hard because both have been around and I'm torn between being annoyed at folks for not being around and wanting to find out if I'm correct regarding them.

Moliere, I don't think it is the lack of deadline that is making people not play. This has been an ongoing issue the last several games.

I'm 98% sure an absent player probably isn't a dem but an absent player also isn't voting or posting.

Is it though? I don't disagree exactly, I'm just pondering the question. Obviously hitting a democrat is the best result, there's no disagreement on that. But is what's probably a low percentage shot at hitting a democrat that clears out a non-player better than a higher percentage shot that targets someone who is at least playing a little?

If JD is a 1% - 2% shot at hitting a wolf, is that better than a shot at someone who has maybe a 10% chance of being a wolf?

I did not suggest voting for me. I said I was alright with it. Subtle but important difference. Voting for me is a certain miss. I'm fine with that on the assumption that we then follow the outline I gave wherein Lincoln rezzes today's lynch (assuming we miss) tomorrow. Thus I'll be alive tomorrow and known good. To me it is the difference between trying to set up the block and trying to get a bad guy. You want to try and set up the block then I'm fine with you voting for me. You want to try and find a bad guy then I suggest Scoop or bb2112. I'd actually suggest bb2112 over Scoop simply because if I'm wrong about him he makes a strong rez even if he is off base regarding me right now. Sorry for any offense there Scoop.

Why Rez a lynch instead of a night kill?
That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

Why Rez a lynch instead of a night kill?
mostly because I did not look at the numbers and the possibility until after Lassr was killed and then when I did I was getting ready to offer myself as the target of the lynch. On quick reflection though, now that you mention it, I agree with your implication that a night kill would be a better choice as we will not have had the opportunity to hear their last words.
