how is dos-box recently?
I had tried it out quite a while ago, and while Crusader:NR worked, it went slowly, even with tweaking. Before I go and try it out, help me with the lazy route to discovery and tell me how the recent dos-box builds are nowadays. For example, does Crusader run more smoothly? Thanks!

Haven't tried to play that. I was able to get Command and Conquer and Red Alert to work flawlessly. But I struggled and never got Tie Fighter to work correctly. I either couldn't get any sound, or I would get choppy video. Couldn't figure out how to get acceptable performance for audio and video at the same time.
And in banks across the world
Christians, Moslems, Hindus, Jews
And every other race, creed, colour, tint or hue
Get down on their knees and pray
The raccoon and the groundhog neatly
Make up bags of change
But the monkey in the corner
Well he's slowly drifting out of range
Christians, Moslems, Hindus, Jews
And every other race, creed, colour, tint or hue
Get down on their knees and pray
The raccoon and the groundhog neatly
Make up bags of change
But the monkey in the corner
Well he's slowly drifting out of range

Talk about a game that's just begging for a remake with the latest DX9 bells and whistles...RunningMn9 wrote:I struggled and never got Tie Fighter to work correctly.
