I think the joke was supposed to be that Uncle Joe is dumb because whoever made the meme doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're" (which makes me think that Trump might be the memester in question). It's a "moran" thing.

LOL. I am flattered that so many people are trying to figure out what I am. I didn't realize I was so intriguing to many of you. While I am a registered Republican, my party left me a long time ago. I just haven't had the time to change to Independent nor is it high on my list of priorities. I think both parties have elements of 'dumb' and 'stupid'. So, I'm with you fellas...

Oh, and Rip, stairs are a device used to help people ascend structural heights easily. They've been in use for a really long time. Not sure why your confusion over what they are is considered an R&P item though.

How we care for our invalids is very much R&P. Just sad that some people want to make the feeble old lady work. She belongs in a home.
