World's still tallest ever man at 8'11.1" ...Died at age 22 in 1940.

Him and his story has always been a thing that interested me my entire life. Its a very heartwarming story yet very sad to be stricken with that damn tumor. My wife's was on the other side and she is short..4'8" and had to have brain surgery before I met her to have it removed. Robert seems like he was such a kind person who deserved a longer life than he got.

When we were teenagers me and a friend were driving through Shelbyville IN and saw a sign proudly proclaiming it the home of Sandy Allen, "The World's Tallest Woman." For some reason we thought that was hilarious and "Attack of the 50' Woman" jokes went on for far too long. Wiki says she had kind of a sad life, too. Now I'm sorry we laughed at her.

Ive just found that YouTube has live video feeds from all over. So far just found a kitten academy where they are all sleeping, a Jackson Hole downtown where people are milling around, and this great NASA live feed from the space station.

Live feed of the space station as it orbits.

Kinda neat that its night here and they were flying over the sunlit side as I watched.

EDIT: I think I posted the wrong link..think that one is just a nice video...try THIS ONE for the live feed.
