I'm pretty sure the Bears have monetized "Bear Down, Chicago Bears" for years. Regardless, if you want to be cautious about IP law and not go with "#BearDownChicagoBears" (which may or may not run afoul of UofA's apparent trademark on "Bear Down", of which I was unaware until now, although I knew they also used the phrase), they still should have gone with something better than "#FeedDaBears", which is awful no matter how you slice it. "#GoBears" would have been light years better.

Seahawks’ Doug Baldwin, Bobby Wagner considering expanding national-anthem protest

Given that Pete Carroll is a 9/11 Truther it seems only fitting that his team would sit out on the anthem on 9/11.

If they did it as a team, I would be impressed.

7 felony charges for beating a 70 year old man and his son with a cane. Is there something in the water out there? The Niners sure do seem to have more than their share of these asshats.

Turnovers killing the Broncos.

Even if they make 2 field goals on 3 of those turnovers, they are in control.

A bit more squeak than boom but I'll take it :D Siemian did well for his NFL regular season debut, but C.J. Anderson was the real MVP tonight. Defense was okay in the 1st half but got way better after Siemian's second interception (like an extra wake-up call).

Concussion protocol being ignored and they aren't calling helmet to helmet hits anymore. Should be a fun year.

CJ was a beast. I kept thinking, this was the guy who was very close to being a Dolphin.

My 13 year old son has a Fantasy Football class as an elective in school. When he told me he passed up CJ, I literally said to him, "Uh oh". He got beat last night because the other kid had CJ.

The last hit on Cam was terrible. I'm guessing that Bronco will get a hefty fine this week. And Cam sure did seem a bit woozy out there; I'm surprised (but not that surprised) that they never tested him on the sideline.

And I don't know what Al Michaels was talking about before the last FG attempt when he said Gano was a good kicker. The stat they showed said in late game FG attempts for ties or wins he was 10/15 (now 10/16). 66% is pretty terrible for a pro kicker!

Ahhhhh, I had forgotten all we had to do was review the tape to tell when players get a concussion.

I thought it interesting as well about Gano.

From a Bronco fan, It was kind of poetic justice. They mentioned a couple different times about Gano essentially bragging he could hit from 60+ yards because of the altitude.

Well, he certainly had the distance on the 50 yarder. Unfortunately, altitude doesn't help with accuracy...

He made the first one and missed the second. 50% accuracy from 50 yards isn't horrible.

Exactly - I don't care if they need to put an official out there to just watch the head of the quarterback - that was straight up targeting IMO and they need to shut it down.

2015 stats

There are 32 that made a 50+ kick last year. Of those, 11 had a 50% rate or lower.
