Actually, yeah (back when polls on it were done, it had higher support among white people). But I was just thinking in terms of race relations.Paingod wrote:Being white makes marriage equality easier?Defiant wrote:Well, when everyone's white, it makes it easier.Paingod wrote:We probably won't move to Hawaii, but my wife and I have been pondering a move to Vermont for a couple years. Not to worry, we'll be doing plenty of laughing over the next four years (when we're not crying). It's the silver lining.

Something to be said about all late-night shows and comedians, they thought they had a gold mine of easy material with George W. Bush...having Trump as president is either a thousand times better (because jokes write themselves), or a thousand times worse (because you think of something totally ridiculous and then Trump just says it himself).

You just chose that picture because Defiant linked to the head of Trump's transition team, didn't you?

Well, it's good to see that Trump supporters are celebrating the victory with their expected level of class and respect.

Re: Pictures and Videos for R&P
I'm not rioting, I'm posting on a forum. I didn't even go out and protest the election, because I'd rather save my protesting for when he's enacting something I don't agree with (which, if he sticks to his first 100 days plan, won't take long). I know there have been numerous protests and some isolated instances of violence, but is anyone categorizing them as riots at this point? If there's been more widespread violence at these protests, then I'd be interested to get some links, because I hadn't heard about it.
But I mean, if we're categorizing a riot as a gathering of thousands of people yelling and screaming about something political, with some isolated instances of violence, then Trump's been holding riots throughout the election.

A Boxer is pretty fitting, they sorta can't contain it, a Boxer is going to do what a Boxer is going to do. ...but they're sorta cute in a puppy way, and the Donald isn't that. I was just wondering tonight whether Trump has a dog? If I was that well off there would be no way I wouldn't have a dog.hepcat wrote:I think I broke something laughing...KDH wrote:http://i.imgur.com/Jg0gWBo.mp4

...and I just checked and he does. His dog is just recovering from surgery and Trump's tweeting about the dog. I feel better, had a sudden twinge of doubt.

I'll put this here since it is loaded with political commentary not to mention unsurprisingly bad language.

The Dave Chappelle opening monologue from last night's SNL was great. He still has it.
