It appears that the answer to the question "How far am I willing to walk to get some sushi for lunch?" is 12.5km. Totally worth it.

I took the scenic route along the canal between Hogs Back and Bank; it's funny to see ice skaters frolicking north of the locks at Carleton and ducks paddling in open water to the south.

I just had a visit from the sweetest pit bull pup. She looks about half grown and comes up past my knees. She is most all black with some white on her. Gave her a couple milk bones. She is solid and seems really healthy. No collar though. Gave her a lot of petting and she played with me and didn't want to leave haha. Heard about the kids in Atlanta but its all in the raising. Pit Bulls are no worse than any other dogs. Its the owners who make them what they become.

What's up with posting rant from a parked car videos? Are cars some sort of privacy studio or thoughts from a shower or something? Or is this some sort of secret order to make me feel inadequate for driving a subcompact because if I tried to put a camera on my visor as an eye of God for me to confess my dissatisfaction to and pointed that camera down at me, either God would be staring into my chest from 2 feet away or I'd have to squish down and hunch forward or possibly lean the seat back all of the way and rant from the prone position and then it look like God was looking up at me and then instead of rant of at God, it would be me schooling the fellow. That's what I need, a camera in my Focus, with the seat all the way back and the camera poised so you can see the mail and straw wrappers and fast food coupons in the passenger seat the fact that I've crawled in the back cleaned the rear window all of twice in ten years. And I could be the one with God's eye, telling y'all how it is but then I'd have to hear my voice. ech Nevermind.

Seriously, why do people do rants from their cars? Why is this a thing?

To be fair, adolescent power fantasy tripe is way easier to write than absurd existential horror, and every community has got to start somewhere... right?

Didn't work - it was too far in there. We had to go to the ER to get it removed. Eventually they pushed it through to his throat and he swallowed it. It only took about 4 hours.
