WTF are you talking about? Mormons might be annoying and on the wrong side of some issues, but I wouldn't call them dangerous.

I grew up in Ohio. Visiting the Zane Grey museum was an annual tradition in my neck of the woods. I do love me a good western.

Two quick clarifications:

1. It's Project Veritas (James O'Keefe), so who the hell knows what any of the actual context was.
2. He's a CNN Health producer who has nothing to do with any of the network's Trump and/or Russia coverage.

As far as I'm seeing, he's saying nothing new. He's just using an expletive instead of a more polite term. We all know that no concrete evidence of direct collusion between Trump's team and Russia is public (or we'd be seeing trials, I think) and the investigation is ongoing. The coverage is garnering good ratings for CNN and they're hyping it and milking it.

I don't think the CNN Health Producer is speaking for the special investigative counsel appointed by the Deputy AG or has any special insight.

You are funny. And you apparently haven't watched the video.

By the end of his term, 138 Reagan administration officials had been convicted, had been indicted or had been the subject of official investigations for official misconduct and/or criminal violations. 225 were investigated. So the Trump administration has some big shoes to follow.

I never did understand the idolatry for Reagan - the guy was a fuking hack who talked tough and opened the feeding trough for his cronies. Just say no my ass.

It's fashionable to say that Reagan wouldn't be welcome in today's GOP, but that's only because he wasn't able to be as extreme then as his example made it possible to be now.

He was the first modern cultural conservative, a palatable Goldwater. His essential point was that government (not inefficient or bad government, but all government) was the enemy. He opened the gates to a radical union of crony capitalism and barely disguised racism, yoking together the 1% and the Deplorables the way we see them in today's party.

Trump doesn't fail to live up to Reagan. He's Reaganism made flesh.

Ben Sasse interviewed by Tyler Cowen
The US senator and former college president joined Tyler for a conversation on adolescence, adulthood, driving for Uber, loving Luther, hate-reading Rousseau, the decline of small towns, backpacking across Europe, America’s peculiar fondness for age-segregation, the source material behind his funny tweets, and why his latest book contains so little sex.

OK everyone, time to drop the fake story and own-up... You nailed it em2... this entire Russia story was a CNN tar-n-feather, and it's contrived to just bring the great man down.
At least give us some props for getting it this far.

So, we're watching him avoid an annoying pretend reporter? This is not new or fake news. It's boring, pretend journalism.

Chris Christie and the NJ legislature couldn't work out a state budget before a Friday deadline, closing state offices (and state parks/beaches) on the 4th of July weekend. Yet there's Christie and his family enjoying one such closed beach.
