Two things I dislike a lot..

1. That Ccleaner hides a Google Chrome install in it. I even clicked customize install and didn't see it.

2. the trend in eye makeup where the girls extend the liner past the outer corner of the eyes. Most times curled up there.

I actually like the "cat eye" when it's done subtly. It's the "glob it on" method that turns it from attractive to clownish.

This is nice:

How in the hell do roaches get in the microwave?

And why does it take so long for them to blow up?

They climb through the little side vents. It's a convenient place to find food if you don't wash out the microwave interior periodically.

Spraying in a little bit of boric acid power may or may not help. Personally, I just cover the bottom and back of microwave with some puffs of boric acid.

It was pretty dirty. I cleaned it up and spray bug spray around it.

After the windstorm Sunday in Maine, we lost power. It's Wednesday now, and we're still without power with no end in sight. If I leave my driveway and go left, I come up against a pole just laying across the road with a tangle of lines strewn around it. No way around. If I go right out of my driveway, I have to scoot under a large tree being held up by power lines that it's stretched halfway down to the ground. Everywhere around us is like this. I've counted maybe 20 trees laying on lines, maybe 3 poles flat on the ground, and half a dozen places where the lines have been severed and you have to drive over them to get past.

There was a flurry of tree cutting Monday morning, but nothing has happened in the 40 hours since.

After our first winter in this house we bought a generator. Nothing big. Enough to run the refrigerator, water pump, and boiler. Heat, water, and food. The essentials. For this last storm, we opted to stretch it to include the TV and BluRay player upstairs as well as a couple lights in the house. The lights dim when someone flushes, but at least we're able to maintain sanity with two little kids.

Ironies of being me. I'm all about expression yourself as yourself but when someone types *doggo* ,*puppers*, "kittehs* I want to poke them in the eye. When people start saying it to my face, I'm gonna have a hard time not getting twitchy. Also, I need to slap the person who started saying "It is what is"... like a decade ago. Somehow that bit has infected my speech and taken over as one life's mantras. I'd much rather just say "just keep swimming. just keep swimming. just keep swimming." or perhaps "Can someone shoot me now?" And yet "It is what it is" pops out, must five or ten times a day or more every day. I think I need a hand buzzer to shock me every time I say it.

It's being done in the style of the remake of the Jungle book - "realistic" CGI animals in actual environments with the actors providing voices. As to why they're doing it?
The Jungle Book (2016) made 966.6 million USD

I'm in the same camp with you. I'm a big Disney fan, but I would rank this one fairly low. I always get strange looks when I say this.

Oh, and I never liked Finding Nemo, either. There. I said it.

I've seen The Lion King movie once, but the Broadway musical twice. The movie is meh. The musical is amazing. If this film can capture a tenth of what the musical experience is like, it'll be a hit.
