Well looking at the action order they didn't have a scan before they made the kill, so they couldn't have known anything for sure about Vorret. Did he say something Special-sounding yesterday? I don't see anything.

Not sure what to make of that night kill since it was a blind kill.

That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

Also the Votes required for a lynch is 5

Just as a reminder, if Dooku is out there, he get's an extra vote if he wants to use it.
So at 3 votes, if Dooku jumps on he can lynch someone. So we might want to be careful of getting people to 3 votes.
Just sayin.

On a semi-related note..I am going to a Star Wars trivia contest tonight.. I hope one of the questions is "Did Scoop or Vorret play a bad guy in Star Wars?" cause I think I have that one down...
I am a little surprised vorret was killed off. I really thought he might be a wolf with the way he scooped scoop.. Other than that I have no feelings good or bad about anyone yet and it's too early for my reverse spider-sense to kick in..

Finally went back and read Vorret's posts. Really nothing there so if they saw something in his posts then I'm at a loss. His votes were for El Guapo and then Scoop.

Nobody else is going to note how ridiculous this statement is after he spent yesterday down playing what a potential threat he is but then he comes out saying that only I would have the guts to let him live implying the rest of you are so scared of him you wouldn't allow him to see the day?
Yesterday was pure speculation regarding the odds of his being Alpha or being chosen by Alpha. That post to lead off today is actually suspicious to me though.

Re: Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith - Day 2
But here is the main point (behind my Remus vote)...
On 'day zero', Remus feels that 1) I am a threat to wolves and 2)I should therefor be removed from the game.
That seems to go against other's feelings where they build more of a 1) I am a threat to wolves and 2) I should therefor be kept alive a little while... certainly not killed on Day Zero.
It's the old "Shelf Life" concept... "Grund is so awesome, but also so dangerous... we should see if the wolves will kill him for us...", was the general idea... and then after a couple days where they didn't - we did.
The last game I played, Remus-Wolf made a strong play for killing Unagi on day 1 also, and I found it just as odd then.
Why would Remus declare that I should be killed before the wolves were even given a chance to kill "this big threat to wolves".
I'm kinda over the 'humble' vs 'conceited' thing on this. Whether or not I am a good player or not, I am forced to wear the mantle.
So, when I wasn't killed this morning - it struck me that a wolf Remus (like in the last game I played) would not kill me in the night at all, and would instead just wait and press for it today. (* Which arguably makes WAY more sense than yesterday).

Unless a seer steps forward and says you are a wolf, you will not get a vote from me today. Whether you want to admit it or not, you do have an uncanny ability to identify wolves. I saw it in one the last games I ran, you were on them until self doubt started creeping in.
I'll also let Newcastle's Bad Unagi detector work a bit also.

Excuse me? Are you saying I have no reason to find your bloodlust for me to be a little to aggressive? I'm not engineering anything. You declared I was a threat to keep alive on Day Zero. Not a single thing had happened in the game at all, and you declared that I was clearly a wolf... You are engineering a miss on me, and if you are not a wolf, you are also the engineer of any "Remus Miss" as well.

Re: Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith - Day 2
Bloodlust? I did nothing like say you were clearly a wolf nor did I do much to press the issue. What I did say was that you were the most likely wolf due to randomness and reputation. I stand by that. Night passed and you come out guns blazing with a vote for me (which seems less and less like irony given how much weight you seem to place on it now). Personally, you living through the first night did nothing to change my perception of you in either direction because if you are a wolf then duh and if you are not a wolf you are likely to live due to being most likely to be protected by the same reasoning you were most likely to be chosen as the Count. I even posted that yesterday. Coming out gunning for me today is weird though. If my behavior yesterday was so problematic why did you not vote for me then?Unagi wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 10:40 amExcuse me? Announcement
Newcastle has PM'd me and asked to be let out of the game due to health issues with his father. He says that will be taking a lot of his time and feels he will not be able to do justice to this game.
Thank you, Newcastle. I appreciate how you handled this and I am very sorry about your father.
I sent out PM's to several people asking if they would have the time to take Newcastle's place and Zarathud has kindly stepped up. Zarathud will now take the same role as Newcastle.
Everyone welcome Zaracastle! Or would that be Newthud?
