Are you looking to put the actual URL as the text? If so, then just type out the URL, it will be coded automatically. Just type something like:
http://www.octopusoverlords.com
and it will come out as the text.
If you are trying to add the URL to a text block then the format is:
[ URL = http://whatever ] TEXT HERE [ / URL ]
without the spaces.
http://www.octopusoverlords.com
and it will come out as the text.
If you are trying to add the URL to a text block then the format is:
[ URL = http://whatever ] TEXT HERE [ / URL ]
without the spaces.
