I predict Monster Hunter will continue the trend of shitty video games to movies .

I mean a pay check is a pay check but after The 5th Element she should have picked better roles/movies when she probably had the chance.

Cinema closings and Tenet failure
With No Time to Die, Black Widow, and Wonder Woman 1984 being further delayed due to COVID, news rolled in on Friday about an expected partial shutdown of the second largest theater chain in the U.S., Regal.

Per Deadline, Christopher Nolan's Tenet, which made $2.7 million in its sixth weekend for a cumulative $45.1 million domestic total, had a 12-week booking at most theaters - and now Regal is temporarily closing 115 of its "300-400" currently open theaters, with 65 closing down temporarily starting Monday and another 50 keeping weekend hours.

It's not known at this moment if Regal will wind up closing all its locations as the ones being affected right now are the lesser-performing sites. Reporting further, Deadline says that if Regal closes down fully it will be an "18% blow to the domestic box office."

I wonder what percentage of movie audiences now are GOP? I mean that $45 million could just be all the "Im not worried Im going out and catch COVID and die along with all my family and friends haha" GOP folk?

I only post one trailer per film so as to avoid the "Honey, I Shrunk the Film" problems. I haven't even watched it, though I did see that it was out.

You, however, are more than welcome to post said trailer for our squad's enjoyment.

I must have missed where you posted the first one, apologies.
As for me posting, you realize it takes me 15 minutes to figure out how to link memes, and the reason I know that's the cut off is because it's when I give up. :grund:

Since the poster is so informative, it's a western starring Tom Hanks.

I like Hanks and I like westerns, but those might be two great tastes that don't go great together.

Geez at all the crappy movies. Hollywood can blame COVID for the death of theaters but I blame it on crappy releases and overpriced tickets. Seems like for 100 releases maybe 2 will be good or interesting.
