Turn-Based Strategy Suggestions
Walking by my gaming shelf last night I caught a glimpse of the Advance Wars 2 box. This reminded me of some great games a friend and I had during an 8 hour drive to a wedding. I got to thinking that we should check out some online playable turn based strategy games... so I'm looking for suggestions. I think I'd like something WWII based, but that's not a requirement by any means. My only real requirements are that it's playable online and has reliable saved games... I guess the game itself should be good/fun too.

Massive Assault is like an Advance Wars type game but for the PC.
EDIT: I remember seeing some online only game that looked like a copy of AW either here or maybe slashdot in the last few months. Not sure though.

I believe The Perfect General is pretty darn close to Advance Wars.
You do not take from this universe. It grants you what it will.

This isnt what I was thinking but found AW online here but you do have to register to play. Not sure how it all works. Guess you can play at the same time or by email.
Battalion is what I was thinking of...an online version of AW.
You have to register accounts for both but I think they are both free.
