Hey now, a man walks down the street in a hat like this, people know he's not afraid of anything.

Two. The youngest was still not even a year old. He's graduating this year. The other has long since graduated.

I had just started an entry level job at my current company, which I got by answering a want-ad in the newspaper.

We had moved into our current house about a month before I registered at OO.

Our first kid wasn't born for another 3.5 years.

My, how things have changed.

Didn't have any children back then (and still don't) and was stuck in a soul-sucking desk job. Have since gone and graduated from graduate school and now have a job that lets me do research I'm interested in and be outside (and often on the water) pretty regularly. It's been a pretty good 17 years!

I was single with no kids, and was able to afford a fancy Audi A6. 17 years later I'm married with 3 kids . . . and that same (considerably less fancy now) Audi A6.

I really thought you'd be rocking a Honda minivan by now.

Since birth of this forum, I've owned a Maxima and an Altima with the same Maxima engine (not as luxurious, but more zoom-zoom). Now I own a modern station wagon (Nissan Rogue) and a putt-putt car, Nissan Versa.

Just as OO was founded we still had the Trans-Am. Then a Contour, then this Mustang by 2010. Still got it. Will always have it. Never letting it go. if it becomes undrivable Ill park and cover it and get some used POS to haul garbage in to the dump and save $20 a month.
