Played by Garrett Wang, Kim was one of the main Voyager bridge crew, and saved the ship from countless close shaves. Alas, he was never promoted beyond the rank of a humble ensign. Harry Kim's inability to ascend the ranks became somewhat of a running joke both within Star Trek: Voyager, and among the show's audience.

It sounds like he's using the threat of that to get Southwest to reimburse travellers for their food and lodging expenses.

Right - I took it too literally perhaps. I consulted for one of them so when you say 'stop cancellations" I took it as get into their day-to-day operations which is definitely not a power he has and absolutely shouldn't have. In any case, cancellations are going to happen and FWIW fining them for it isn't a solution (on their own).

On this, I think he has been taking a lot of flak that's completely undeserved. He has no magic wand to fix the airlines. His tools are fines and the rule making process which is too slow to address these problems. We need Passenger Bill of Rights type legislation which is probably not going to happen with arsonists running the House.

They already have psychologists. They specialize in manipulating the population into believing the official story, backed by teams who ensure that any alternate stories never get heard.

When you hear people praise the status quo like that, they are either the result of state manipulation, or they have learned that people who know the truth but don't pretend to believe end up falling out of windows.
