Engineering Rounding Rules in Excel?
Is there a built in function that applies Engineering Rounding rules in Excel? I've found Roundup, Rounddown, and MRound, but none of those does it. I could make my own, but this is a spreadsheet for someone else and it'll be easier to maintain if there is something built in.
