Ya gotta love a company that takes care of its customers. I picked up a set of those coin sheets you mentioned above and was sorting my standees before adding them to the sheets, when I noticed I was missing one. I posted about it on BGG and Brett himself responded, telling me to PM him and he’d take care of it.

Definitely. A company that actively engages with its customers and prioritizes customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The developer's hands-on approach to resolving your issue is a terrific example of how to transform a negative experience into a positive one. Such personal attention is rare, but it makes a significant difference in building trust and loyalty, and cultivating a loyal community. It’s encouraging to learn they're committed to going the extra mile to help customers out when issues arise.
