That's been my starting word almost since Wordle started and I've stuck with it because I knew it had never been the answer. I guess if I keep playing, I should come up with something else...

My starting word had not come up as far as I know, but today the first 3 letters came up green. The first word that occurred to me after was correct. It was my 43rd time I guessed it in 2 words.

Today's puzzle is the type that really annoys me. I failed because there were five possible words that could be spelled by changing a single letter. I had 4/5 letters correct after two guesses, then used up my remaining four attempts guessing every answer but the correct one. Trying to stick to 'hard mode' screwed my streak.
