2024 Steam Christmas/Wishmas Giving

Post by Grifman »

Well, it sort of has been a tradition for me to start this up the last few years, so here I am again. It's that time of the year for our annual Christmas/Wishmas giving. Here's the Google Doc list from last year:

Christmas/Wishmaslist

Please update your info if anything has changed or add your name/info if this is your first time and update gifts given/received as the holiday proceeds.

Please post if you are participating and I will list everyone participating here. I'll start with myself.

Im in. I'll clean up my WaitList on IsThereAnyDeal tonight and post it in the doc.

DO NOT use my Steam wishlist as a guide. I just stick stuff on it to remind me about gaming Im interested in and to keep as a memory/history list of when I was interested in what.

I will have to wait and see over the next week or two. Some things have cropped up that might make it a problem.

Looking forward to it. But as usual I have to wait until after the 3d of Dec to add the money to Steam.

I also cleaned up my Waitlist at Isthereanydeal and added some new stuff to it. I didn't add it just to ad now to get but my list was puny there as Id gotten a lot of the stuff I had wanton it over this year thanks to a little more money and I wanted to put some cheaper stuff on it too as well as for more normal priced stuff $20 and under or so.

After a 2 year break I'll be back into it this year. My details have changed a little as i've got a new account and gave my old one to my son as he's 19 now i'm sick of fighting for steam access :) I've added me to a 2024 sheet, hope that's ok.

Your links on the spreadsheet don't work. I don't know if I messed them up in transferring them to the new year or what, but they don't work. Please go in and update the spreadsheet with the correct links to your wishlists. Thanks!

Thanks Grif for Crimson Diamond. Growing up in the 80s, I loved those EGA Sierra adventure games, so hopefully this scratches that nostalgia itch.

I was planning on doing more shopping, but all Steam wishlists are telling me that I've made too many requests. Trying a VPN + a private window still gives the error, so I'm guessing it's a Steam server hiccup.

De nada! It's my favorite Katamari game myself. I just plug in my PS4 controller and I'm good to go.
