Now you have the choice between the default Firehouse hot sauce or Cholula in packets.

Edit: A different article put Cholula at ~1000 SHU.

Yeah, I wouldn't think Cholula would be rated all that hot since even my wife (who is very much a, "Hoo, this mayonnaise is a bit spicy" type) can handle small amounts of Cholula.

Maybe that was supposed to be -1000 SHU?

One arm can stop waving. I just checked the Baron's and while it looks mustard based it isn't. Still a tasty sauce.

That's what I thought I had and have certainly had in the past. Now I have to go look ...

My bottle doesn't have the same label and simply calls itself West Indian hot sauce. However mustard is in the ingredients. You must go back to running away in loathing!

Over a year into BuzzFeed’s quest to sell First We Feast, the operation behind the hit digital talk show, the studio has gotten the funding to buy its independence in a deal said to be worth eight figures. Thanks to the consortium of investors, led by founder Chris Schonberger and Hot Ones host Sean Evans — and including Crooked Media, Mythical Entertainment, Soros Fund Management and others — First We Feast will now operate as an independent media company and content studio.

Franks Original is pretty balanced, maybe 1000 SVU

Tabasco red original is about 3000 SVU, vinegary.

They also have a long-form review that listed all the SVUs of more hot sauces.

Their Captain Sorensen's Datil Pepper Hot Sauce is REALLY good. I have them put it on my subs then take some hom for their chili and anything else from my cabinet. not had any in a good while though.
