The anomaly flickers with static, and a distorted voice crackles through the interference.

"This is… Dr. Chronos Vortex… calling from the… collapsing timestream. The timeline is in… zzzzkt… jeopardy, and only the… Chrono Council… can stop the anomalies. Join now, or… krrrzzzt… prepare for a future that never… happened. ...k-tock, my friends… tick-t..."

The message cuts out, leaving only the ominous hum of static.
