Whispers of the Eyeless
Whispers of the Eyeless is an indie dark fantasy strategy game that Rock Paper Shotgun describes as "Darkest Dungeon, but you're running the dungeon." The DD comparison also derives from the art style, which makes me wonder if they've actually hired the same principle artist.
This game is from the team that has developed the long-running Total War Warhammer mod "SFO," probably the most popular total overhaul. I don't know much else except that the game claims to be in a late stage of development with Early Access opening soon.
Much prefer my Nazis Nuremberged.

Hadn't heard of that at all - looks interesting.
Maybe next year, maybe no go

Honestly, there aren't enough dungeon management games out there, and none that hit that hit (edit: glitch in the matrix) that nerve perfectly, for me.

Re: Whispers of the Eyeless
Whispers of the Eyeless has now been released into Early Access at $15 (which is a 25% discount for two weeks).
I'll wait for a few more impressions, but this game looks good to me.
EDIT: Initial reports are that, while the day-one EAccess content is somewhat slim, the fundamental gameplay structure is sound and should be easy to expand with more content. And the visuals and overall feel of the setting are superb.
