Home design software

[Punisher]

Looking for recomendations for home design software.
Primary Purpose: Primarily Entertainment/wishful thinking.
Potential Secondary Purpose: Being able to import design into Unreal Editer 5. Not required, just a bonus.

Preferred options
1. Relatively easy to use. CAD degree not required.
2. Great graphics. Photoreal is a plus.
3. When finished, have a 3D walkthrough. Just like an FPS (Not Unreal related, just want to see what the designs look like "live")
4. Furnishings available. Especially useful for the 3D walkthrough. Real world options would be great, but generic would be ok as well.
5. Relatively low cost. $150 is already past the top of my cost scale, but possible for a great program. The cheaper the better though. NO subscription based ones.

Not sure what else to look for in program so other options would be appreciated.

Also, if this is better to post in EBG let me know, please.
