Past reporting had focused on his youth - he is 19 - and his chosen nickname of "bigballs," which became a pop culture punchline. Musk has championed the teen on his social media site X, telling his followers last month that "Big Balls is awesome."
Beginning around 2022, while still in high school, Coristine ran a company called DiamondCDN that provided network services, according to corporate and digital records reviewed by Reuters and interviews with half a dozen former associates. Among its users was a website run by a ring of cybercriminals operating under the name "EGodly," according to digital records preserved by the internet intelligence firm DomainTools and the online cybersecurity tool Any.Run.

Seeing reports that President Leon has spent upwards $13 Million trying to buy the Wisconsin Supreme Court while works on Federal slashing the GOP Administration are attempting to slash courts he doesn't like. No citations I trust yet, so it's just hearsay at this point but hearsay that sounds like the reality we are living in.

The SEC's COO sent around an e-mail this morning saying that they have been contacted by DOGE and are in the process of "onboarding members of the DOGE Team". I'm sure this will work out great.

I'd really like to see what due diligence is being done to onboard these DOGE personnel.

It says:
Although we do not yet know the exact status of DOGE’s representatives (for example, whether they will be Special Government Employees or on detail to the SEC), we understand it will be appropriate to consider them SEC employees for purposes of network, system, and data access. Our intent will be to partner with the DOGE representatives and cooperate with their requests, following normal processes for ethics requirements, IT security or system training, and establishing their need to know before granting access to restricted systems and data.
I'm sure everything is going to be very well thought through.

That’s the maddening part of this administration. How can incompetence make anything “more efficient”? If you don’t know government WORKS or care about the MISSION or the LAW, how can the changes make things work better? With less cost, but that’s not “more efficient,” it’s called short-cutting or slacking.

Honestly I think talking about efficiency at all is sort of playing on their turf. The core problem is that they are NOT interested in efficiency at all. Their clear goal is to break the Federal bureaucracy and create one that's (1) fully loyal and responsive to Trump; and (2) will leave important connected people alone.

Judge blocks Trump administration from dismantling CFPB
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson barred the administration from stopping work and firing employees at the CFPB and ordered the reinstatement of previously terminated workers. She also blocked the destruction of any CFPB records and ordered the recission of any “wholesale” contract cancellations issued on or after Feb. 11.

Jackson opened her decision quoting Musk’s post to the social platform X spelling doom for the agency: “RIP CFPB.”

“In sum, the Court cannot look away or the CFPB will be dissolved and dismantled completely in approximately thirty days, well before this lawsuit has come to its conclusion,” Jackson wrote in her 112-page opinion.

The National Treasury Employees Union and other groups sued acting CFPB Director Russell Vought last month over the agency’s apparent dismantling, arguing the effort violates the separation of powers between the branches of government.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

I don't really believe that Musk is stepping away. Or at least that he is going to do anything differently - he may step away from his make believe DOGE title, but I don't think he plans to stop wrecking the government.

100% agree. He may have finally realized how bad the optics were for him personally to be the sole head and very public face of the “Let’s Ruin Millions of People’s Lives” committee.

I have full confidence that he’ll still be working hard behind the scenes to break as much shit as possible.

Edit: BREAK shit, not BREAD shit.

It's going to be so difficult for him to continue to break shit from behind the scenes and not experience the recognition he so desperately wants from MAGA and the general public.

I have no doubt that he had a detailed wishlist going in. He's not worried about 'saving' the economy, 'fixing' the government, or completing the job. His priority has always been to remove roadblocks.

Given how much it's been costing his companies in the short term, I wouldn't be surprised if he's planning to finish his wishlist and then step back to try to turn the short term losses into long term profit and control.
What doesn't kill me makes me stranger.

Musk will have broken and cowed the agencies suing him.

He can’t stay longer with being confirmed or accepting a real position with disclosure requirements.

In Leopards and Faces news, I am working with my parents to get their Social Security and taxes unlocked with an an additional form of ID added to their existence and who knows what other kind of damage. Thank goodness both of the IRS and Social Security departments have been fixed. My line in the sand for never talking about such things with them again is very hard to not cross and congratulate them for experiencing the very open and public intent of what they voted for.
