Shoot - free game voice command software

Anyone here tried this yet? I saw it on that Silent Hunter 3 mod page and it seems like quite a few people use it.

It's basically like the game commander software, but freeware instead. I figure it could be useful in many more complex games these days.

I've used it with Rowan's Battle of Britain, it works well.
