All I have to say is it's about freaking time. I was always annoyed by the whole shrinkwrap licensing catch-22 we were stuck with. I wonder how soon game publishers are going to fall in line?

Assuredly. Rothkin's done the work litigating against Best Buy and Microsoft. EB and EA would be pushovers by comparison.
