That's why I only play games where only "I" can delete my savegames and all the backups
. Losing them without my consent is almost impossible (well, my house would have to be put on fire and for the major games, a few email servers would have to be put on fire too.) When a backup is at 3 physical places, losing anything is almost impossible.
