Anyone found a wonder product for running wire?

Just wondering if anyone has a wonder product for running speaker wires for their rear speakers... something inconspicuous and non-destructive, preferably...

Running wire where? If over the floor you might look at flat speaker cable. You can run it under furniture and carpets/rugs. If in the wall then good old fish tape is the way to go.

How about ON the wall? like around the baseboards...

Actually... i thought I had a ton of cable, but I really don't. Maybe my idea sucks anyway.
