Fireworks Help

I'm trying to get fireworks to past into a layer and can't seem to get it. We have a fireworks tutorial that people are supposed to follow and it doesn't seem to work. I don't know fireworks well and am having trouble figuring out what the problem is. If anyone knows fireworks and has a few minutes to look at this, that would be great since I'm at the banging my head on the desk point right now.

I'm at work right now and don't have Fireworks available to me but I'll take a look at it tonight if you haven't gotten a response by then.
