Right - that would be the false statement portion of a libel claim. They'd have to establish the intent - for example - ask him if he had read anything about the Boeing officials saying critical things about Trump just prior to him tweeting it. The libel is in accusing Boeing of enormous cost overruns and implicitly of fleecing the government.
