He asks people to talk to migrant victims. I'm assuming this illiterate asshole means victims of migrants. Otherwise, the grade school dropout is actually sympathizing with migrants.

It'd be much easier to find victims of non-migrants. Mayne they should talk to them.

Just got back from dropping off my son at the border in Chula Vista. I was looking for the rabid Venezuelan gangs with machetes in their teeth, but not a peep. Mildest border crisis ever.

I certainly don't. He can work from anywhere, so is looking for cheap rent that isn't on the other side of the world. Plus the senoritas like him.

I'm assuming he's also pursuing the governor of tgb's region? Which, now that I write it, totally sounds like a euphemism.
