Meh, you come across as defensive regarding his post. I really got nothing else. May as well be a repeated day 1 vote as far as I can tell unless we out ourselves and outing ourselves seems to be a "here KIM, go ahead and win" maneuver as best I can tell so you get the slightest hint of dirtiness vote going your way.

Seems as good an interrogation target as any. I'm not 100% sold on Qantaga's argument, but it's as good as any.

My current question: what value do we get by torturing someone to death? I guess that rules out someone as KIM. Oh, and thereby validates their clues, though that's just as valuable to the other non-KIM team as to one's own non-KIM team.

Returning to Svatá Klára only a day later, you note with irony that in days gone by, Czech hospitality toward those of ill will consisted of jettisoning them out the window. Now, malefactors are treated to fine dining in a subterranean cavern.

They don't make spies like they used to.

As the final civilian diners depart for a night on the town, spooks emerge from the shadows and surround Unagi. Holding him in front of the mounted television so that he cannot avert his gaze, they threaten him.

"Ready for a bit o' the Ludwig van?" they menace. Somebody waves a remote. The screen grows bright.

"It's Celine Dion and the Chipmunks!" intones the announcer.

"Stop!" screams Unagi. "You people are merciless."

The nation that wishes to apply economic pressure has exactly 1 more asset than the covertly operating nation has.

Somewhat perplexed, the congregation of Fawkeses dispersed into the night.

Hmmm, that may not be a bad thought. Question is, did Unagi have one of the duplicate clues, or did he submit a duplicate as his fake clue as a KIM agent? Pretty clever if he did...

Not a KIM agent, and I think that would be bone headed of a KIM agent to do - as giving a duplicate would only make people wonder what information he wasn't sharing, etc.

In any case, that's my info, and what's actually funny to me is how I do believe that shows that Qantaga and I are indeed not on the same team.

Maybe, or maybe that is what a KIM agent wants us to think.

Sorry if I've missed this elsewhere, but can two non-KIM agents wind up with the same fact? Or does this mean that one of Qantaga or Unagi is KIM?

I believe the two overlapping facts are distributed randomly, so it may, or may not go to a KIM agent.

I believe the two overlapping facts are distributed randomly, so it may, or may not go to a KIM agent.
Here's the rule on duplicates:

(a) There are 20 clues, but only 18 are distinct; two are duplicates of 2 among the 18.
(b) All 20 clues are distributed across the 10 players randomly, with the exception specified below in (c).
(c) Speaking of teams strictly as 4GS, 4BG, and 2KIM, I ensure that none of these three teams has both instances of a duplicated clue. If a team possesses one of a matched pair of clues, then one of the other two teams possesses its twin.

Beyond this constraint, any distribution of clues is possible.

dont see why we cant do both voting & discussing unagi's votes. One other way we can do this, is everyone gets put up to the gallows at least once and from then we can see the duplicates. We know there are 2 sets of duplicates around, there is a chance, slim though that Uunagi's & Q's were the duplicates.

I think we are better off requestioning Unagi but I'm fine with being the one to go under this round as I doubt we have enough people check in during this time frame to do anything else really.

So the only way that Unagi or Qantaga are KIM is if one of them happened to have submitted a fake clue that happened to be true, right? Or possibly intentionally did so in order to mislead, though that doesn't strike me as terribly likely.

Unagi and Qantaga could both be KIM and have decided to release a real clue when Q got run up then rerelease it when Unagi got run up. I don;t see that being the case though because I do not see KIM agent Q going after KIM agent Unagi like that. I could see KIM agent Unagi giving us Qantaga's clue again though.
